Class Packs:
We offer 5-class packs for families seeking a flexible schedule. Class packs are valid for 10 weeks from the date of your child's first class. The 10 week window begins once your child attends their first day. Packs may be purchased at any time during the year. Please be aware we will not have any classes from December 22 - January 29 due to Winter Break.
All classes must be used within this time frame. Unused classes do not roll over or extend beyond the expiration period. Class packs are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Advanced registration is required, and you must email hello@gatherandgrowwi.com to communicate the class dates you would like your child to attend AT LEAST TWO WEEKS IN ADVANCE. Space is limited and enrolled students will receive priority. If we cannot accommodate your child, you will be notified and you will need to select a different date.
The "Trail Finders (8-12 year olds)" program incorporates opportunities for flow learning, also known as child-led or interest-led learning and daily hikes, but will further introduce art, science, seasonal curriculum, nature journaling, project-based learning, storytelling, and more!
Imagine your child...
Collecting warm eggs from the coop
Watching baby chicks hatch right before their eyes
Exploring the daily rhythms of farm life
Understanding basic budgeting by selling eggs, buying supplies, and saving
Learning how to build a shelter using natural materials
Identifying and understanding the uses of plants in the wild
Gathering fresh fruits and vegetables from their garden
Hiking daily in a place that has become their own
Freely connecting with nature, without any scripts or screens
Socializing with friends they see on a weekly basis
Children will learn various skills associated with caring for animals through hands-on experiences. We do plan to add more animals to the farm as our program grows!
Children will also have the opportunity to learn about food systems. We will have a community garden where children will plant, grow, and harvest their own foods. They will learn about gardening, seasonality, and local foods.
Our programs are designed to foster a love for learning and growth in a nurturing environment while following the seasonal rhythms. We aim to build a supportive community and empower those we serve, in building foundational life skills that will last a lifetime.
2026-2027 Trimester Dates:
Fall: September 8 - November 27 (11 weeks)
Fall Break: November 24 - November 27 (no classes)
Winter: December 1 - February 26 (7 weeks)
Winter Break: December 22 - January 29 (no classes)
Spring: March 2 - June 11 (15 weeks)
The year long commitment provides children with the opportunity to learn in a consistent environment and build strong social bonds with peers they see on a regular basis. We understand the flexibility homeschooling offers, so we want to offer that same flexibility with our program by offering class packs. We hope your child will still build strong friendships and skills during the classes they attend with us!
We are exclusively outdoors and only cancel class in extreme circumstances (thunder, lightning, snow, extreme wind, extreme cold). If temperatures are below 0° with wind chill for 2.5-3 hours, classes may be canceled. There are no refunds for canceled classes due to weather. Classes are limited to 18 students and 2 adults (facilitator and assistant or parent volunteer). All facilitators/assistants pass a background check and are child CPR/First-Aid certified.
Tuition:
5-class packs are $250 each ($50 per class).
